Adventure Club Super Summer Camp

Summer is almost here and this year promises a variety of summer experiences that will provide children with opportunities to develop new interests as well as enhance current ones!

What a way to spend a summer, exploring nature, active outside play, cooking, and fine arts activities - to experiencing new places. These are sure to keep your child happy and content all summer long. Outside recreation, field trips, and swim days will take adventure outside of the school and into the community.

Field Trips:

• Booker T. Washington National Monument, Hardy, Virginia
• Floyd Country Store, Floyd, Virginia / Rocky Knob, Blue Ridge Parkway / Mabry Mill
• Glen Alton Recreation Area, Giles County, Virginia
• Ingles Homestead, Radford, Virginia / Claytor Lake State Park, Dublin, Virginia

Weekly Rates

The full-time weekly rate is an all-inclusive amount that includes the fees for swimming and our field trips. Any payment that is not received by 6:00 p.m. on Monday will assess a $10.00 late fee. You need to pay 1/2 of the full-time weekly rate (Example: for one child, you pay 1/2 of $105.00 or $52.50) - plus the registration fee - to ensure a spot in our Super Summer Camp!

There is an advance registration fee of $15.00 per child for enrollment in Super Summer Camp. If you have any questions, please call our office at (540) 382-3783.

General Information

Lunches must be packed from home each day! Because we are located in the public school, we do not have access to the kitchen equipment. All lunches must be labeled with your child's name. Field trips and swim days - lunches must be packed in paper bags due to usage of coolers. Lunch boxes present a storage problem due to the available space on our vehicles.

Swimming will take place at the Blacksburg Aquatic Center. Please inform our staff of your child's swimming skill level:

• Kiddy area
• 3-4 ft. only
• 5 ft. and over
• Diving
